Responsibilities: Director of Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Communications. Ann's interpersonal and conceptual talents were adapted to diverse industries, business sizes and life cycle stages, from multi-billion dollar global markets to small consulting networks, from mature industries to start-ups. Representative accomplishments include:
Received President's Award for championing project team investigating home health care market for multi-divisional participation. Member of Bristol Myers Squibb Home Health Care Operating Committee and key player in creation of collaborative of culture and communication practices; business, marketing and sales strategy and tactics; and strategic alliances within and outside of BMS.
Directed annual Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Budgeting processes, from process design to supporting divisional plan creation, presentation to senior corporate management, and critique of process effectiveness.
Researched and worked closely with senior corporate or divisional management about customers, industry trends, competitors, best practices, new businesses, and special projects, resulting in improved alignment of management thinking; more effective organizational design, teamwork, communications and culture; business expansion; profitability; and overall strategic leverage.

Ann's emotional intelligence and spiritual practices, which began seriously in the middle 1980's are extensive and honor many wisdom traditions.
Graduated from Shalem Institutes' Spiritual Direction Program. Spiritual Director in private practice as well as with Princeton Theological Seminary and the Vincentian Renewal Center.
Wisdom Traditions: Christian, including being an Associate of an Episcopalian Benedictine Monastery; Buddhism; Twelve Steps; Interfaith, including Trustee of Fellowship in Prayer.
Spiritual Practices: prayer, meditation, spiritual direction; body / energy centered practices including walking, Qigong, Reiki, yoga; philanthropy through Bread for the Journey, Princeton (founding Board member); and appreciating and playing classical music.
Psychological traditions: counseling psychology / therapy, including graduate study at Rider University, Debbie Ford's Integrative Coaching.
Diverse Life experience: living / working in many settings (rural Germany, New York City, the New Jersey "country", and now a small town); traveling extensively (for business, pleasure, skiing and pilgrimage); and family life (from living single, divorcing, and then marrying and being widowed).
